Medical Assistant

Looking for entry level medical assistants, caregivers, or certified nursing assistants to start their career in the medical field with the local hospitals. The main Lobby Receptionist/ Front Office Medical Assistant, is the first representative of the hospital that many patients and visitors will see upon entrance to the facility.

Responsibilities regarding this position would include:
-Receiving and welcoming guests to the Medical Center
-Communicating and facilitating the visitor policy
-Greeting visitors
-Appropriately distributing and collecting visitor badges for entrance to the facility
-Directing visitors/patients to appropriate services and/or visitor waiting areas
-Answer inbound calls
-Front office clerical work
-Temperature Screening
-This position will work in cooperation with Volunteers and Admitting staff
