HHA/Caregiver
We currently openings and are looking to hire professional & compassionate caregivers to our team! The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills and can de-escalate any situation, and be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients.
We are seeking a responsible, compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to work at residential group home from
Morning shift, 7AM - 3PM, P.M.3:00 P.M.
Evening Shift 11:00 P.M., &
Overnight 11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
Responsibilities and Duties: (not limited to)
Personal Hygiene of residents: bathing / grooming / skin care
Lifting & transfer / turning and re-positioning
Assisting with administration of medications under RN supervision.
Recording of vitals, food / fluid intake, height / weight, etc.
Charting activities, behaviors and day to day regimens.
Documentation of medication administration.
Working knowledge of using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
Light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, etc.
Cooking meals and serving residents.
Perform activities and engagimg with residents.
Following Resident Care Plans per resident.
Qualifications and Skills:
Able to pass a DHS background check
Have passed a TB screening check.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to write / communicate in English clearly, (resident's primary language.)
Ability to follow written and verbal directions per supervisor(s).
