Manufacturing / General Labor � This is an entry level type position. Responsibilities for this position include manual labor in various departments depending on current shop load and demand. General Labor employees will work in the following departments.
Shipping/Receiving:- Counting and packaging products to be shipped to customer. - Verification of completed and accurate paperwork.
Grinding / Sanding:- Operation of hand tools including right angle grinders and orbital sander to remove sharp edges and burrs created during the manufacturing process.
Powder Coating / Liquid Paint:- Load parts from pallets onto overhead conveyor system. Pressure wash parts to remove oil contamination and debris. Unload parts onto pallet after coating is complete.
Machine Operator: Once a machine is setup run the production lot. Operational processes include bending, punching, cutting, drilling, tapping, etc.
Assembly:- Mechanical assembly including nuts, bolts, and hardware of metal enclosures and frames.
Skills Required:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be able to stand, bend, lift, crouch 8-9 hours a day.
- Show up every day on time and ready to work
- Ability to safely operate basic tools including grinders, punches, tape measure, utility knives, wrenches, etc.
- Use a data collection system to track time on jobs and estimate completion times
- Communicate well with others
- Follow directions and ask questions when clarification is required

Shift Time:
Full Time:
Monday � Thursday 5:30 to 4:00 (Four-Tens)
Three-day weekend
Over time is rarely required but if necessary is done on Friday.
Experience:
No experience required. The company will train the right individuals and there are opportunities for advancement.
