Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing provides general contracting and project management on all types of projects throughout the San Diego area, from tenant improvements to new construction.
Immediate opening - Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Compensation - Depends on Experience
We are looking for the right person to work with our superintendents to run a productive and safe job site.
Ideal Candidates should have some background in all phases of interior construction - including but not limited to: Carpentry, Cabinet work, Drywall, knowledge of plumbing & electrical, Flooring.
Candidates need to be able to follow precisely laid out directions and complete tasks without supervision. (Ability to read construction plans a plus)
Our jobs are located throughout all of San Diego and Riverside Counties so candidates will need reliable transportation (truck preferred).
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Have own power tools (preferred)
Leadership
Organized
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
Good health and mobility � able to lift 50+ lbs
