Floor Sales

My client, East Bay Restaurant is looking for Floor Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Greeting customers and taking orders
Processing refunds and exchanges
Processing payment
Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly
Processing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
Following up in order to prevent delay and frustration
Works independently or with minimal supervision
May occasionally visit customers

Qualifications and Skills:
Energetic Personality
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly are a must
Must be computer literate
Netsuite is a plus

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
