Floating Relief Manager

Position for a reliable, personable, motivated and self-sufficient individual that can assist in running several local offices.
Responsibilities include leasing units, collecting, property maintenance, customer service and nominal accounting and reporting. Requirements are strong computer skills and ability to handle customers efficiently. Individuals seeking a great company with growth opportunity are encouraged to apply.

This person will be responsible for the following:
Cleaning & Rental of storage units
Property Maintenance
Ability to manage the Accounts Receivable/collections process
Deliver excellent customer service to current tenants as well as potential customers
Keeping property very well-maintained
Qualifications we are looking for:
Experiences in sales, retail, and/or customer service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to sell to new leads Ability to perform maintenance and clean-up work
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
High school diploma required
Clean employment background, clean driving record and drug test
MUST have reliable transportation
Ability to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekends & Holidays are required.
