The Fiscal Analyst reports directly to the Benefits & Compensation Administrator and is one of a team of seven in the Human Resources Office. The Fiscal Analyst prepares and maintains payroll records, compiles and ensures the accuracy of reports and takes corrective action as necessary to correct errors. Interprets varying institutional, state and federal regulations and apply to the payroll function. The Fiscal Analyst works with college departments to resolve payroll questions and problems.
