We are looking for a charming, highly skilled painting expert who thrives with tools, paint brushes and ladders.
Alpen�s products are in single family homes, commercial buildings, McDonald�s PlayPlaces, Museums and even the Empire State Building.
As a Field Paint Technician you will travel and work at locations coast to coast and throughout the United States.
At Alpen, we work very hard. We tackle tough problems together. We work outdoors in some of the most scenic parts of the country- in rain, sleet, snow, wind, sun and unlimited sky.
Experience as a residential painter is great but not a requirement. Alpen also provides onsite training to match your experience level.
We want you to like differentiating between colors, brightness, contrast and shade. Our work is like visiting a art museum, picking the right crayon color and going to the optical doctor all at the same time.
You need to be comfortable walking around on scaffolds and climbing up ladders.
You will need to be confident in working independently without alot of supervision. You are responsible for your decisions. You must have confidence in yourself.
You will need engaging and effective communication skills. Listening with respect to the homeowner, collaborating, and prompt follow up are what differentiate you from others. At Alpen, we strive for Win Win decision making when we solve problems.
You will sometimes fly or drive to work locations. Alpen covers all of your travel costs.
