Thirty Three Group was born in 2018 with a desire to revitalize creative consulting, merchandising and leasing in a cluttered brokerage industry that has drifted far from its specialty roots. We are a female lead team with 20+ years of unmatched experience in deal making, consulting and advisory in the retail/F&B space; representing tenants and landlords across the country and providing consulting and advisory services to ownership groups locally and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the CEO and Founder of our company and play a pivotal role in retail deals and consulting assignments that will change the DNA of Los Angeles and other key markets. We are a highly creative group and are looking for someone who likes to contribute ideas and think on their feet. In this role you will be exposed to both the inner workings of brokerage as well as running a business and will work among leaders in the field and best in class clients.

Responsibilities
� Provide administrative and leadership support to the CEO and Founder
� Manage executive calendar/schedule; schedule and organize meetings and events
� Coordinate travel, flights, hotels and car services
� Act as a project manager for special projects at the request of the executives
� Plan and coordinate multiple presentations and disseminate information
� Track closed deals and deposits and maintain records alongside the company�s bookkeeper
� Prepare exclusive listing agreements, commissions agreements, surveys and site submissions using pre-established templates
� Draft, redline and finalize offer letters using Microsoft Word

Requirements
� Bachelor�s degree or higher
� Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience supporting executive level
� Requires minimal supervision
� Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
� Experience with Photoshop a plus
� Real estate experience a plus
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
� Excellent phone and organization skills
� Familiarity with technology
� Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask
� Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, professional, adaptable, quick learner, dynamic
� Knowledge of LA area a huge plus
