Emily Coyne Events is a seeking an extremely detailed and meticulous administrative assistant to support our team. This is an opportunity for a bright, savvy business professional to join one of the premier destination wedding planning firms in Northern California.

This role requires an extremely type A person with a passion for detail, spreadsheets, logistics, and critical thinking. This is NOT an event planning role. This is an office based administrative support role for someone who loves spreadsheets, data entry, proofing, filing, and office tasks. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and efficient and loves to be behind the scenes with an attitude of "what else can I help with".

REQUIREMENTS for Full Time Positions:

· Candidates must be able to work full time from our Sacramento office.

COMPENSATION:

· Full time Executive Assistant compensation will be commensurate with experience

OPEN POSITION:

Executive Assistant (full time)

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary behind the scenes support and administrative assistant for all elements related to planning and producing luxury weddings and events. The position is an office based role focused on directly assisting planners, President, Production Manager, Director of Operations, and other managers with operational and administrative tasks for the purpose of servicing client needs. The position occasionally provides personal assistant support to the President as well. While the position will have contact with company clients, vendors and suppliers, and works closely with all of these people on event planning details, it is not an event planning role.

This role is predominately office based with a Monday - Friday schedule. Incredible attention to detail and accuracy with budgets, spreadsheets, guest lists, rental lists, floorplans, etc. is key. This is a fast paced office position with multiple new requests and challenges. Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Google Drive is required and strong proficiency of computer systems is preferred.
