Finlon Enterprises is looking for an eager, goal-oriented Operator. This position will be part of our grading and excavating team. Our ideal Operator would have the ability to communicate and work effectively with the field crew, provide excellent time management and embrace a positive attitude. General Duties:
� Ability to operate a Skid Steer, Bulldozer, Excavator, and Front End Loader
� Experience with grading, excavation, site clearing, etc.
� Be a team player putting aside personal goals and doing what is needed to do to strive to meet each job's production goals.
� Being honest, trustworthy and accountable for one�s actions, with a positive attitude.
� Exceptional communication with the Team.
� Follow all safety procedures and safely operate equipment. Ensuring the safety of all members of the team at all times.
� Provide excellent customer service, while on the job and in the community.
� Assisting Foreman and crew in all projects as assigned
� Professional Interactions with vendors, customers, and fellow employees in a respectful manner, treating all with dignity and empathy.
� Assist Foreman with vehicle and equipment maintenance inspections to ensure safe vehicles and equipment for the team
