Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform take-offs and deliver submittals timely
• Identify and perform project change orders
• Communicate with customers, both new and existing
• Procure material and equipment
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand contracts, construction documents, and plans
• Experienced in writing detailed scope's of work and proposals
• Light filing.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• Strong Computer skills
• Knowledgeable in commercial painting, blueprint reading, computer proficiency, estimating and sales
• Ability to work independently
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize are extremely important
• Maintain customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and long-term relations with the company
• Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
• Must be able to write detailed reports
• Preferred experience in Autodesk Takeoff software
Skills and abilities:
• Familiarity with commercial painting and coating
• Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated and a critical thinker
• Excellent time management
• Possess strong computer and mathematical skills and perform accurate analysis within deadlines
• Previous painting experience a plus, but not required
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
• 1-5 years experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15- $18/ hour

• Monday to Friday, 9- 5:30
