Door Technician
We are seeking a Commercial Door Installer to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of commercial doors, frames and hardware.
Responsibilities:
This job is for the installation of doors, frames, and respective hardware in the commercial field. This will require travel to different locations. Previous experience preferred.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
-Be respectful.
-Have a good knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware
-Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
-Must be able to work as a team and individually
-Follow all safety procedures
-Lift up to 100 lbs., stand, squat, kneel, etc. for extended periods of time.
-Assist with the installation and repair of commercial doors, locks, exit devices, closers, frames, weatherstripping, lite kits, kickplates, and all other associated hardware.
-Ideal candidate will run a crew, manage schedules and troubleshoot issues
-Maintain a safe and clean work environment
-Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs
-Track all equipment and supplies
-Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a supervisor a plus
-Must have tools and reliable transportation
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Ability to work well in teams
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Must have valid Drivers License
