Customer Service Representative

The Fun Factory Maui family is looking for 1-2 enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable members to join our crew! A spot has opened up on our team (which doesn�t happen often) and we are looking for the next fun, friendly member to join us. Job Duties:
� Provide friendly, courteous customer service.
� Converse with customers about upcoming events, specials, contests, etc.
� Help our customers redeem prizes with their tickets.
� Talk story with our customers and make our home feel like their home.
� Assist with re-stocking inventory.
� Cleaning of games and facility.
Requirements:
� Excellent communication and listening skills.
� Coachable and willing to learn new skills, and to grow and develop current skills.
� Able to work well with others in a cooperative and fast paced environment.
� Must enjoy being around and interacting with both children and adults.
� Capable of speaking loudly at times, as well as able to hear others in a noisy environment.
� Available to work evenings and close during the week and weekend.
� Must be 18 years of age or older.
