Customer Service Representative

$$ PAID TRAINING - Mandatory 2 weeks of training (Mon- Fri, 9 AM - 5:30 PM)
Provide customer support to consumer cardholders by answering incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone and email.
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Ensure i2c customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
Record customer information within our customer service database.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support operational requirements.
Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
Partner with relevant groups by providing timely reports and alerts regarding customer transaction inquiries.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion due to the sensitive nature of the work.
High school diploma preferred.
Relevant Call Center - Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience. Minimum, Six (6) Months of call center experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with a solid understanding excellent customer service.
Must be familiar with basic computer operations.
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Pay and differential information:
***Bilingual differential available***
Base pay : $14.50 ($1.00 differential for Bilingual)
During the hours of 2 am to 6 am: Base pay plus .75 cent night differential
During the hours of 6pm to 2am: Base pay plus .50 cent evening differential
Weekend: Base pay plus evening differential or night differential plus $.50 per hour.
(Most shifts include working PARTIAL or FULL Weekends)
7AM-3:30PM; 8AM -4:30PM; 9AM-5:30PM; 10AM-6:30PM;
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
