Inside customer service rep for a growing manufacturer of data and network cabinets/racks and enclosures located in the Inland Empire, that are sold nationally to wholesale distribution and used in the data and technology industry.
Customer service experience with a manufacturing company is a plus.
Must be competent in phones, pleasant personality, eagerness to learn and be service oriented.
Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel a plus.
This is a fast paced demanding office environment and you must be able to handle incoming customer service calls and respond timely. EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!
MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE prior customer service experience
- Experience with wholesale distribution or manufacturing a plus!
- Work independently, and as a team member of SWDP.
Will handle incoming customer service and sales information calls.
Provide quotes in a timely manner
Interact daily with Production Department
Daily invoice processing
Daily filing of paperwork and records
