By way of introduction, Vital-Link is a family-owned, Oakland-based company established in 1981. Our mission is to provide the senior and disabled communities with Medical Alert Services that enhance their safety, independence, and peace of mind. Giving back to the community is important to us.

this job is a customer service job that includes
-Providing information about the types of systems we offer to potential clients
-Providing phone support and troubleshooting to existing clients
-Scheduling of appointments for us to install, service, or pick up medical alert systems
-Providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a busy small office environment and prioritize things quickly and effectively.
- Learning about the medical alert devices we provide.
- Professional appearance and manner, conscientious, reliable, and punctual with excellent attendance history.
- A positive outlook and a knack for customer service

For the most part, the hours are Mon- Fri 8:30-5:00 for full time, hours negotiable for part-time. Flexibility is required.
