As an integral member of the leadership and senior management team at a Cadillac of South San Francisco the Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing a team while ensuring the Cadillac luxury brand experience is an unforgettable experience for our customers.

We are looking for our new Customer Experience Manager to oversee our Sales department! You will be the Customer Experience leader responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing, and retaining high-quality employees within the Sales Department for the store and driving optimal performance to increase market share and maximize profit margins.

You will be responsible to lead yourself and the sales team in a way that supports the Auto Group’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
You will oversee standards for displaying and merchandising for new vehicles.
You will be responsible to initiate and review all promotions before they are finalized.
You will partner with the dealership’s management team to review forecasts and profits for each department to ensure targets are being achieved.
Collaborating with the General Manager in making recommendations on short- and long-term advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, and compensation plans.
Attending to customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Setting a clear vision for the goals for the sales team to achieve.
Engaging the sales team to exceed key goals, performance expectations, and best practices.
Driving the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
Analyzing the business and sales market to determine areas of opportunity and developing action plans to improve performance.
