We are hiring a Customer Experience Associate to assist our
customers by answering questions, responding to issues, and
problem solving in a prompt manner with attention to detail. Tasks
include, but are not limited to: live chat and email, order
processing, UPS inquiries, payment processing, and fraud detection.
Being the front lines of support, this is a vital role in the company
that requires someone willing to offer a unique and innovative
solution for each inquiry with efficiency and precision.

5+ years of customer service experience
Loves our app and can explain how it works
Live Chat experience
Payment processing, such as Stripe or similar
Google Business
Slack or similar
Available nights and weekends (NO exceptions)
