You will be responsible for completing various daily administrative tasks and keeping up to date with invoice statuses. In addition, you will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer care and sales support. This is a new position in the company, which will providing an exciting opportunity for you to help grow the position and help make it versatile to meet the company�s needs.

Responsibilities

- Organizing and triaging company email messages daily

- Answering phone calls and taking detailed messages for current and potential customers to clearly communicate their needs to the appropriate company personnel

- Organizing and filing receipts for the company

- Managing invoices to ensure they are sent out and received in a timely manner

- Coordinating bill pay for the company as needed

- Keeping shop and office area organized and cleaned up

- Other related duties may be assigned in the future

Qualifications

- Strong computer and keyboarding skills, including use of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. QuickBooks familiarity preferred.

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a face-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong time management skills

- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment and be very motivated to learn

Education and Experience

- Minimum required education: High School Degree or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.

- Experience with the electrical field preferred, but not required.

- Experience with customer service preferred.
