Any level of construction experience is certainly welcome, but we will happily train an ideal candidate who possesses all of the qualities below with NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

If all of the above describes your professional behavior and demeanor, we believe you could be a highly productive Superintendent within a year. Although you may not know what all the terminology is, you will be working directly with our Project Managers, Engineers and Subcontractors who are all more than happy to help you understand with increasing depth each day. Additionally, you will often work with our General Contractor and Owner, Eric Natay, directly. Days shadowing Eric result in a wealth of ever-growing knowledge. For the perfect candidate, this is an unnaturally fast track into the industry - be ready to hustle!
