Construction Laborer
Ginger Hawk Customs is a residential home remodeling company, operating in the northern metro area, seeking full time construction crew members. This position will follow direction from Project Foreman on the job site to complete the interior remodel process from start to finish. Prior residential construction experience preferred but isn’t essential if you are quick leaner and know how to use power tools safely.
Skills/Experience Needed: Familiarity with power tools, general construction practices, a willingness to learn, ability to follow direction from supervisors, and job site safety. Ideally individuals with at least 1-2 years’ experience in home building or residential remodeling preferred, but on the job training is available to develop the right candidate’s skill set.
• Demo
• Basic framing
• Assist with cabinet installs
• Trim & door install
• Pick up & deliver materials to job site
• Keep job site clean
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, vendors, and sub-contractors.
Physical ability- Our work is at times labor intensive physically- you need to be in physical condition to be able to lift, bend, carry, etc. and keep up while not endangering yourself or your crew. Safety is a must!
Reliability- employees must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE. This is a W2 Full-Time position- please include salary requirements with resume.
