Construction Equipment Operator

Anderson Landscape employs twenty-five dedicated, hardworking, year-round employees. Many have worked for the company for twenty-five years plus! We are looking to add to our team with individuals who are team oriented, have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to contributing to high quality and well executed projects.

Equipment Operator

Duties:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators and bulldozers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including backhoes, graders, dump trucks, bulldozers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable way to work.
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

*Basic and Advanced Erosion control certificate is a bonus!
