Client Success Specialist

Teton Medicare is an insurance agency specializing in helping the senior population with their Medicare insurance needs. We educate, assist and serve these wonderful people.

We are looking to hire a full-time Client Success Specialist in a fun and easy work environment. This position requires an individual who is highly self-motivated, a great team player, organized, has strong communication skills and pays attention to detail. This position is crucial to the office and reliability in this position is key.

The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Greet clients and patrons with a smile and great attitude.

Answer phone calls and take messages.

Schedule appointments.

Submit paperwork.

Help with general office duties.

To be a successful candidate you would need to provide great customer service. Also, if you are a focused and positive person that enjoys helping people in a great work environment. For us, culture is everything and we want our team to feel like family.

Additional Information:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.

Salary: Depends on experience.

Benefits: Paid Time Off. Simple IRA.

Education: High school or equivalent.

Experience: Office and Customer Service preferred.
