We are hiring for a Client Coordinator for our Anchorage location.

This role is the contact point for potential customers, existing clients, community organizations, and referral partners. You will be the most familiar with our partners, our clients, and their families as you introduce them to our services.

Job Description:

- After receiving potential clients, you will be meeting them at their residence to discuss their care needs and offer our services and rates. This is called an Assessment.

- Once successfully converting leads to clients, you will be placing the desired schedule into our operating system, collecting payment, contracts, and other documents required to start care from the client, their POA, or their families who are setting up the care.

- You will then be meeting with our caregiver manager to discuss our best options for caregivers that would fit well with the client based on their qualifications and characteristics.

- Following up with the client should they have any questions or concerns that need to be voiced

- This position requires you to have a Driver's License and insured vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of medical conditions (professional / personal experience like a loved one or prior job)

- Experience with outreach, minor marketing, and networking resources - Knowledge of the Anchorage, Girdwood, Wasilla, and Palmer and all surrounding cities. We serve all of Anchorage and the Matsu, no further than Willow, and back down towards Girdwood, no further than Whittier.

- Experience in customer representation and sales is very helpful

- Active driver's license

- Working vehicle (you'll be doing home visits, assessments, and outreach)

- Active phone

- Willingness to train and change course according to the job

TLC is a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 an hour with pay increase after 90 days, Health benefits, and PTO and supplemental benefits after 6 months. Bonuses as we grow our hours and numbers of clientele.
