Solutionxport cargo freight company is now hiring Shipping / Receiving Clerks! This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Traffic Coordinator to ensure all product is delivered on time and complete, while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $30 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Shipping / Receiving Clerk:
Receiving/ Matching up product and paperwork
Processing returns
Data Entry
Working directly with Drivers and other warehouse personnel
Primary Customer Service contact for distribution questions and site delivery communication
Prepares and process all shipping paperwork to completion
Prepares routes and load lists
End of month inventory of finished products
Schedules all in/out bound freight carrier loads
Works in conjunction with Drivers to ensure product is received and delivered on time
Reconciles all order discrepancies
Responsible for communicating all shipment challenges
Available shifts:
Shift Timing - 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
Ability to work under limited supervision
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proven problem solving skills
Works well in a team environment, with a diverse workforce
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Ability to use and operate general office equipment
Good math skills
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of job related experience and/or training is preferred.
Drug screen required
