Scratch Indoor Golf is a new venture that combines Golfzon™ golf simulators with a family-friendly restaurant and bar space in Bixby, OK. Our eight state-of-the-art simulator bays provide an enjoyable golfing experience for players of all levels. We will also offer private bay reservation and venue rental services for special events. Our inviting restaurant and bar serve a variety of bar-type favorites and beverages. We are hiring for various positions, full and part-time, including Chefs, Bartenders, and Servers, to contribute to our community-centric hub that blends classic golf allure with a contemporary, welcoming dining experience.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef. The Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen and leading the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes, preparing ingredients, creating menus, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring the kitchen's smooth operation. The Chef will also manage food preparation schedules and maintain food quality standards. 

 

Qualifications

Expertise in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Experience in managing and leading a team
Ability to create menus and develop recipes
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
Experience in managing food cost and inventory
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
Certification from culinary school or relevant experience is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include creativity, attention to detail, ability to adapt to changing situations quickly, passion for cooking, and experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
