Job Title: Carpenter Helper / Snow Maintenance Crew Laborer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment at the job site
- Assist Carpenters with various repairs and projects
- Snow shoveling and snow maintenance required as needed during season
- Able to climb a ladder
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 plus lbs.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.

SCHEDULE

Our crew works year-round - ability to work overtime is preferred.

Monday through Friday is standard; however, Saturdays are subject to management approval based on workload of any given week. Occasional holidays and emergency jobs based on on-call rotations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
