Requirements

Job Duties

-Mobility/Rehabilitation Exercise Assistance
-Medication Reminders
-Supervision and Companionship
-Documenting and Reporting Changes in Client Status
-Maintaining a Safe and Healthy Home Environment for Clients
-Foster and Maintain Positive Working Relationships with Clients, Their Families, and Coworkers
