Call Center Representative
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time call center representative for an established plumbing and HVAC repair company in Manassas, VA with years of experience.
*Must be able to work weekends*
Pay: $18-20/hr
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about upcoming appointments and information as necessary.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other employees to improve customer service
Skills and Qualifications:
• The minimum education required is high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with fast pace environment and strong time management and organization skills with great attention to detail
