We are a fast-paced drive-thru & walk-up window stand located next to 3 local schools as well as adjacent local businesses. Regular customers & high school sporting events create great revenue & tips!

Requirements:
*18 years or older
* Reliable transportation
* Prior coffee experience
* Ideal candidate would reside within 25 miles of the shop
* Comfortable working solo shifts
* Lift, Push, Pull up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
* 6 months previous espresso experience
* Current WA State food handler card
* Flexible availability, including weekends
* You will be moving! This is a very active, high energy position where you must be able to be on your feet for 6-8 hours per day
* Able to multitask while conversing (This is NOT a joke….)
* Attention to detail (The small things matter!)
* Works well under pressure (yes, a long drive-thru line and walk-up window customers can be stressful!)
* Cleanliness is a must (We show it with our Dept of Health rating: “EXCELLENT”)
* Open to constructive feedback, and can show improvement
* Accuracy in cash management
Pay Range: $15.74 - $30.00 Hourly rate & tips
Tips are paid out daily, you earn it & take it home that day. This established location earns $15-20/hr in tips.
