We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Manager Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of all maintenance and facilities operations at our properties.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the Operations Manager with ordering materials and supplies as needed for maintenance and repair projects
-Coordinate and oversee the work of maintenance employees and contractors to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner
-Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure all work is done correctly
-Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and other issues as they arise
-Assist in developing and implementing cost reduction strategies to improve the profitability of our properties
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of service satisfaction among our residents
