CREMEUX French Patisserie is a Patisserie located 45 minutes north of Boston, in beautiful southern New Hampshire, where Nature meets Culture.

Owned and headed by Alexandre Waddell, CFP places its focus on high quality ingredients and classic French pastry techniques. While offering French pastry classics, we often do so without shying away from Innovation. 100% “Fait Maison” (Made From Scratch) is at the core of our culture. CFP is considered a high-end pastry shop for which some of our customers have been known to drive up to 2 hours.

Due to the steadily increasing customer demand for our pastries, we are looking to expand our Team with the addition of an Assistant Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

You will be supporting our pastry Team. Under the supervision of our Pastry Chef, and while respecting all food safety measures, you will prepare various individual pastry components, as well as assemble and arrange pastries for display. Most of our pastries are single serving, but we accept larger size cake and pastry orders on an advanced order basis only, as product freshness is part of our quality standard.

Qualifications:

Experience working in high quality pastry making environments,, whether within a restaurant or a busy bakery, for at least one year.

Graduate of -or nearing graduation from- a formal Pastry program.

Rigorous with technique, detail oriented, and a team player.

Schedule:

Currently, this is a 40 hour and 5 to 6 day/week position.

Based on experience.
