Duties:

- Assist the Montessori Lead teacher
- effectively manage a classroom and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and success.
- Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

Qualifications:
- Associate /High School Diploma or equivalent

-Montessori Assistant Certification is good to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.
