We are a Vegan Restaurant, serving wholesome and delicious West African influenced dishes. We have two restaurant locations, one in Santa Cruz, and the other in San Luis Obispo. Our motto is “Compassion in Every Plate”. We are a system oriented company with a customer-driven production system, and very clear operational procedures.
We are looking to hire for this position ASAP!
Our starting adult compensation is $18.25/hr. to $19.25/hr. Plus tips. We have a considerate scheduling system, a progressive training process, and an open-communication policy. We are open seven days a week, from 12:00am to 8:00pm in Santa Cruz, and 11:00am to 7:00pm in San Luis Obispo.

The Foundational Systems
Prep
Production Line
General Procedures
Training
Having a smooth running shift
Making sure all menu items available
Taking responsibility of all shift control job duties
Performing all required equipment maintenance


Qualifications
2 year experience is strongly suggested but not required.
Servsafe certificate is REQUIRED.
if you don't have one, you will be put through the process of acquiring one.
