Production Admin Assistant for Apparel Company
Job description
As LA's premier fashion development house with a top reputation, we are seeking a self-motivated individual to help process client inquiries and order fulfillment. Learn the exciting world of garment customization while helping us field incoming phone calls, incoming customers, and update our workflow spreadsheet. You will be expected to interact with clients, receive items, create work orders and coordinate with our production department, coordinate shipping, order supplies, communicate with sales reps, ensure emails and phone calls are answered in a timely manner, ensure accuracy of all information regarding each job, provide feedback to our production department regarding quality, placement, and overall customer satisfaction, among other responsibilities.
Job is 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri in Vernon 90058
Must be:
Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus),
Have good communication and typing / emailing skills
Quick data entry ability - over 50wpm with good spelling, be personable to clients coming into our office and over phone calls.
Must have strong computer skills and general Administrative Assistant skills! (saving files, cutting/pasting/uploading documents, filing, etc).
Fashion Industry experience is a big plus. The Administrative Assistant must be detail-oriented, organized, and work well with tight deadlines. You would be working directly with the company principals and would be expected to be a critical thinker, problem solver, think outside the box type of person who is quick, reliable, and ensures that the job gets done.
