CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY:
The Construction Administrative Assistant reports to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for ensuring proper efficiencies applicable to all construction and project related tasks.
This position will support and work with all levels of Associates throughout Vanguard Homes as well as outside vendors in an effort to secure successful project completion. The successful candidate will fulfill the following list that include but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• General office duties; filing, mail, answering phones, etc.
• Be able to schedule appointments and outside inspections
• Act as a vendor liaison
• Compile draw submission for bank review
• Review and approve sub-contractor documentation for company compliance
• Other duties as assigned
• Compile document for closing books
• Call CSU to end billing for closing date
• Upload construction documents to Buildertrend

EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
