Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Bilingual with Spanish is a plus!
Plan and schedule appointments and manage team calendars
Taking care of Customer Service phone calls, emails
Scheduling homeowner appointments, while building relationships
Maintaining relationships with referral partners
Invoicing using Quickbooks online, and A/R follow up
Following up with homeowners
General office duties
Social media updates
Input lead information in software
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
