RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter bids, corrections, notes, and relevant data into bid software and general database.
  • Process work orders for customers in a timely fashion, coordinating subcontractors, employees, and shop personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintain insurance and W9 database. Create and update records ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in managing the office and provide excellence in customer service, assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner and offer support for internal staff.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of related office and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer and clerical proficiency answering phones, typing, using scheduling software communication and customer service.
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred not required.
