Enter bids, corrections, notes, and relevant data into bid software and general database.
Process work orders for customers in a timely fashion, coordinating subcontractors, employees, and shop personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain insurance and W9 database. Create and update records ensuring accuracy.
Assist in managing the office and provide excellence in customer service, assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner and offer support for internal staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of related office and customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail
Computer and clerical proficiency answering phones, typing, using scheduling software communication and customer service.
Experience in the construction industry preferred not required.
