Scream Agency is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. As a B Corporation, we’re hoping to find a socially conscious individual who loves promoting purpose-driven brands and nonprofits. The Account Manager will lead client relationships for Scream Agency. The ideal candidate enjoys working with clients and owning projects from inquiry to completion, has advertising and digital marketing knowledge. You will have the support of an award-winning creative and strategy team to deliver high-impact results for clients.

About You:
You are enthusiastic, driven, proactive in all communication, and deadline-focused. You can proactively manage timelines and deliverables. You thrive in agency life and enjoy building and maintaining client relationships. We are a small and mighty team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
Owns key client relationships and builds client accounts by establishing trust and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work
Leads client calls and meetings to uncover needs, provide updates, and receive project feedback
Completes and maintains status documents and client reports.
Supports the gathering of any required assets, documentation, and data from clients and other sources
Manages client projects from beginning to end and works with internal teams on timelines, internal and external communication, resources, and deliverables
Delivers project timelines to clients and proactively keeps documentation and project management/status updated
A trusted partner to clients who see you as their go to person to deliver all their needs
Active listening is the difference between a Client Partner and the role of an Account Manager.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in client/account management
Agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
Comfortable knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing, Print Advertising
Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
Desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing industry
Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
