Hill Rental Properties is now looking to hire a full time or part time position for yard crew. The position could be part time from April to May and then full time from mid May to August. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to keeping properties free of trash and debris, disposing of abandoned furniture, mowing, pulling and spraying weeds, watering, trimming shrubs and trees, exterior paint touch ups, and assisting maintenance in the replacement of appliances.
Applicants must be responsible, self disciplined, able to work alone or in a team, able to lift and carry 60 lbs, clean driving history, and able to pass and employment screening.
Starting wage $15.50/hr
