Get in shape. Go home safe. Krav Maga Worldwide® (“KMW”), the leader in Krav Maga-based self-defense, fitness, and fighting, seeks a full-time “Membership Representative” to join the KMW team at one of its HQ Training Centers.

The Position
The Membership Representative position will be approximately 40 hours per week, on average, will work at the Krav Maga Worldwide location in West Los Angeles and will report to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
Generate and track leads/new business through member promotions and referrals.
Build, cultivate and enhance lasting relationships with prospective and current members, and advise members of appropriate training center services to help achieve personal safety, health and fitness goals.
Prepare for and participate in weekly sales team meetings and perform agreed-upon sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
Communicate and promote current marketing campaigns.
Prepare and monitor daily production reports.
Lead training center tours and presentations.
Answer phones, handle third-party inquiries, and interact with members.
Prepare and accurately complete member paperwork in a timely manner.
Handle potentially sensitive company and member information.
Display and have knowledge in all of Krav Maga Worldwide’s services, and participate in two classes in the training center per week, one of which must be Krav Maga.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience (health and fitness and/or self-defense industry experience preferred).
Proficient in prospecting, developing leads and client follow-up.
Friendly, outgoing, enjoys interacting with people, extensive and active social network.
Driven self-starter, goal-oriented.
Assertive and professionally persistent.
Coachable, personable and reliable team player.
Empathetic listener and problem-solver.
Positive, winning attitude.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and exercise.
Krav Maga experience and training a plus!
