Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Millwrights for projects located in the Arbutus, MD area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes of failure
• Use diagnostic tools such as megohmmeters, meggers, laser alignment tools, multimeters, and micrometers
• Conduct repairs on low- and high-voltage systems as required
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks
• Inspect, document, and report all maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Collaborate with team members to improve machinery performance and reliability
• Other tasks as assigned

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, AC/DC motors, and industrial equipment
• Proficiency with diagnostic and alignment tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Must have basic hand tools; specialty tools will be provided
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
• Must pass motor vehicle records check, criminal background check, and drug test (federal, state, and local contract requirement)
• Must hold a valid Driver's License
