As a direct-hire Precision CNC Setup & Production Machinist, you’ll transform raw stock into high-tolerance components our clients count on, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and a collaborative production team.

• Prepare, set up, and run CNC equipment to produce components to exact specifications and tolerances.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to plan effective machining approaches.
• Verify accuracy with precision metrology tools and document inspection results.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to keep machines performing at their best.
• Partner with engineers and peers to diagnose issues and fine-tune processes for quality and throughput.
• Keep your cell organized and safe, following all applicable shop safety procedures.
• Record production data and maintain complete, accurate job and process documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework/certification is a strong plus.
• Hands-on CNC machining experience with a solid grasp of CNC programming concepts.
• Proficiency running CNC lathes, mills, and related machining tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for first-pass quality.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a fast-moving team environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver who anticipates and addresses challenges proactively.
• Working knowledge of shop safety standards and best practices.
