Compensation: $33.65 / hour - $37.5 / hour

Benefits: This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage available after 60 days on contract.

Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to support a dynamic and fast-paced Human Resources team. This position will provide Benefits and broad HR support across multiple locations, serving as a resource for employees while assisting with benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and a variety of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support benefits administration, including annual open enrollment and responding to employee benefit inquiries across multiple locations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to leave programs, including FMLA, leaves of absence, and parental leave.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure HR programs and services are administered effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports, perform data analysis, and reconcile HR-related information for accuracy.
  • Provide support across various Human Resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll assistance, compensation, talent development, investigations, and other HR initiatives as needed.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of Human Resources experience; 5+ years is preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, such as ADP or similar systems.
  • Background supporting employee benefits administration.
  • Experience responding to employee questions related to HR policies, compliance, leave administration, and employee relations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience using ADP.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
