As part of our team, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service, support, and coverage recommendations. Through mentorship, the award winning University of Farmers online readiness program, and the district's accelerated training you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and agency operations.

What You'll Do:

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close new business opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
• Provide personalized insurance solutions and educate clients on coverage options.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with your mentor agent and participate in professional development to prepare to become an agent.

Program Highlights & Available Benefits:

• Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
• Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
• Property and Casualty license and Life and health license (or willingness to obtain).
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
