Our Media & Entertainment related client is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to support enterprise technology products that improve internal business operations across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role that combines business analysis, product ownership, Agile delivery, QA/UAT, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has experience working throughout the full product lifecycle, partnering with engineering teams, gathering business requirements, writing user stories, supporting testing, and driving successful product releases. Experience with financial systems implementations or integrations is a strong plus.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Management experience
  • Full product lifecycle experience (requirements through implementation and support)
  • Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping, and workflow documentation
  • Writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
  • Agile/Scrum experience within a SAFe environment
  • Jira and Confluence expertise
  • Experience participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, PI Planning, and backlog grooming
  • Manual testing, UAT, functional testing, and defect tracking
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Financial systems implementation or integration experience
  • GitHub familiarity
  • Chrome Developer Tools (or similar browser debugging tools)
  • Change management and training documentation
  • Product analytics and data-driven decision making
  • QA collaboration and test automation support
