Ready to Keep Complex Lines Running at Their Best?

If you enjoy solving tough problems that span gearboxes to ladder logic—and you care deeply about safety and reliability—this role is for you.

The Mission

Support manufacturing by ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems operate reliably. Reduce downtime, advance safety, and drive continuous improvement across a high-speed production environment.

How You’ll Contribute
  1. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on bottling lines, production equipment, facility systems, and grounds.
  2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to restore optimal performance quickly.
  3. Champion safety: follow standards, report hazards, and take part in inspections and investigations.
  4. Develop, follow, and refine SOPs for equipment care, facilities work, and special projects.
  5. Keep stakeholders informed—share equipment status, issues, and repair progress with supervisors and partners on the floor.
  6. Spot opportunities for improvement and help implement changes that lift safety, quality, and efficiency.
What It Takes
  • Non-traditional hours are part of the job: nights and weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Trade School preferred.
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • 3+ years working effectively in fast-paced operations.
  • Hands-on electrical background with PLC programming and troubleshooting capability.
  • Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet and operating industrial equipment safely.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator who can work independently and collaboratively.
Great to Have
  • Apprenticeship, technical school training, or an associate degree.
  • Welding or fabrication skills.
  • Track record of growth and increasing responsibility in maintenance roles.
  • Allen-Bradley PLC or related automation certifications.
