We convert big retail ideas into store-level wins. We’re hiring in Lenexa for two roles:

• Cutter (2nd shift)
• Digital Fabrication/Lamination Tech (1st shift)

• Read job jackets/work orders; verify all required fabrication steps are complete before cutting
• Operate large cutting equipment to produce detailed, custom cuts on varied printed stock
• Follow supervisor-set priorities and pass only quality-approved work to the next station
• Report signage issues or defects to management right away
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards; utilize a forklift as needed
• Leverage experience with cutting and router machines

• Apply lamination, cut, and trim digitally produced signage
• Understand inks, media, laminates, and substrate properties to ensure proper applications
• Proof files per established procedures to ensure quality output
• Log all time and materials for assigned tasks
• Maintain and safely operate laminators, cutters, and printers per SOPs
• Recommend improvements to cost, quality, efficiency, and delivery
• Help the team meet production deadlines

• Speak, read, and write English
• Available for weekend schedules and overtime
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures
• Printing experience is a plus, not a must — WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
• Proficiency with machine setups for production runs and manual machining skills
