Executive Home Care of San Diego is actively hiring experienced caregivers for non-medical home care and senior care positions throughout San Diego and the surrounding areas.

We provide hands-on, non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), dementia care, fall risk support, companionship, and transitional care.

This role is ideal for caregivers with prior home care or senior caregiving experience.

Non-Medical Home Care Only – No skilled nursing or medical tasks

As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical assistance including:

• Hands-on personal care and hygiene assistance
• Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation
• Medication reminders (non-medical)
• Meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration
• Companionship and emotional support
• Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiving support
• Fall risk awareness and home safety support
• Assistance with hospital-to-home transitions
• Light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation

1+ year of non-medical caregiving or home care experience preferred
Experience with senior care, dementia care, or ADLs strongly desired
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Strong communication and documentation skills

This is not a medical or skilled nursing role
